Product description:
This product is the high temperature resistant,chemical corrosion resistant polymer material which compounded by modified high temperature toughening resin and variety corrosion resistant materials,it is widely used in the preparation of the
protective coating on the surface of machine part which has corrosion resistant requirements in high temperature working environment.Especially used for the pre-protection of pumps,valve,pipeline,heat exchanger end plate,blade and tank body
etc.equipment new parts and repairing and renewing the above equipment after suffering from corrosion in high temperature working environment.
 
Performance features:

1.Effectively resist all kinds of solution corrosion and not easy to discolor.
2.After curing,the surface is smooth and delicate, easy to clean and maintain.
3.strong adhesion, high mechanical strength, no obvious shrinkage after curing.

How to use:
1. Surface treatment:The pending repair surface were treated with rust removal and coarsening, and then cleaned it with cleaning agent.
 
2. Preparation:Make the Part A and Part B mix uniformly according to mixing weight ratio A:B = 8 :1,and use it up within the specified operational time limit.
 
3. Coating:Make the mixed prepared materials be coating on the pending repair surface,for large area protection,you could do multi-layer brush coating in a Criss Cross way according to the requirements of the project,the thickness of
each layer should be controlled in 0.3 to 0.5mm
 
4. Curing:It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 to 30 deg C,when the construction environment temperature is below 15 deg C,you should heat it up or prolong the curing time to promote the curing.
 
Special version:
1.This parameter is for laboratory conditions,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to do the pretest according to actual working condition
2.When the environment temperature is below 15¡æ,the curing time will prolong,should take proper heating measure
3.When the environment temperature is more than 25¡æ or the mixing quantity is too large,the curing speed will expedite,should properly shorten the application time of coating after mixing.
 
Transportation storage
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place. The warranty period is 12 months. Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
